Artechno: Journal of Arts, Technology and Creativity is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes scholarly works examining the relationships among arts, technology, creativity, culture, and contemporary creative practices. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, artists, designers, educators, technologists, cultural practitioners, and creative industry professionals to discuss the development, application, experience, and implications of technology within artistic and cultural contexts.

Artechno welcomes original research articles, review articles, practice-based studies, design and development studies, and critical interdisciplinary inquiries. The journal particularly encourages manuscripts that establish a substantive relationship among artistic practices, technological development, and creative processes.

Artechno does not charge authors a submission fee, editorial processing fee, peer-review fee, article processing charge, publication fee, page charge, colour charge, or mandatory language-editing fee.

Editorial assessment and publication decisions are independent of financial contribution. Authors are not required to purchase services, memberships, printed copies, or promotional packages as a condition of submission, review, acceptance, or publication.

Authors remain responsible for optional costs they choose to incur, such as professional language editing, permissions, data hosting, or production of media files. These services do not guarantee acceptance and are not required to be purchased from the publisher.

Any future change to this fee policy will be announced transparently on the journal website before it applies. A revised policy will identify the amount, purpose, payment stage, waiver conditions, refund terms, and effective date.
